Pantea Lotfian PhD
Founder and CEO of Camrosh. She leads the Camrosh team with deep expertise in exploring emerging trends and issues at the intersection between innovation, technology strategy, policy design and transformative change in organisations. Pantea ensures that a complex systems perspective including sustainability and human centred approaches are considered in the work for our clients. Prior to founding Camrosh, she has worked for over a decade with Fortune 100 and 500 companies helping them develop and implement innovation strategy and investigate current and future technologies and markets. Pantea has been mentoring and advising start-ups and SMEs for achieving growth for more than a decade. She is an advisor to the Centre for Science and Policy at University of Cambridge and held board positions with for-profit and not-for profit organisations. Pantea has a multidisciplinary background in science and technology with a PhD in biochemical engineering from UCL and an MPhil in technology policy from the University of Cambridge.
Bernhard Strauss PhD
Co-founder and Director of Research at Camrosh. He designs research strategy, solutions, and evidence-based decision-making frameworks for a broad range of technology, policy and innovation contexts. Bernhard applies expertise from his two decades of academic expertise and experience to provide the science base for technology strategy and policy design at Camrosh. Besides his past research contributions to the biomedical field and novel approaches to cancer research he has developed a number of products for biomedical research applications and understands the technical and commercial requirements of the biotech innovation process. After undergraduate studies in biology and medicine at the University of Vienna, he obtained a PhD in molecular cell biology from the University of Cambridge.
