The Challenge
A service provider to the development sector required strategy and planning for monitoring and evaluating the data generated in a 3-year project. The project had started without a clear data strategy in place, and after 9 months it was clear that without such strategy no progress would be possible.
Approach
A full review of the project strategy, design of a data strategy compatible with the project constraints and implementation of relevant analysis methodologies, as well as staff training in workshops, mentoring and support.
